On Sunday we heard Joshua going into battle against Amalek and about how Moses lifting his arms to God enabled victory over the Amalekites. When his arms got tired, Aaron and Hur helped him. Joshua and his men lived the “glorious” part on the battlefield, while Moses, Aaron, and Hur had the less exalted job. Both were needed for victory (and Moses really was the hero in the story!). God sends some missionaries into the field and some onto the hill to pray. Our mission is not possible without the constant support of prayer. We invite you to join our mission through prayer.
