Join us on November 7, 2026, for CMT’s first fundraising gala, Reflections, in Plano, Texas. We will reflect on the goodness of God, the ways He has blessed the communities we serve, and the effects of mission on the hearts of young people. With dinner, drinks, and a keynote from CMT’s Board Member and Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, Sr. Norma Pimentel, MJ, this will be an evening to remember! This is a major event for us for two main reasons.

• Honoring the Past: CMT’s very first mission trip was organized by a parish in Plano. That first mission trip with Steve Nasche and Sr. Norma Pimentel, MJ laid the groundwork for CMT’s ongoing work of rebuilding homes, churches, and schools, while forming young people into missionary disciples.
• Inspiring the Future: CMT begins “The Return from Emmaus Accompaniment Project” this year, with the recent awarding of a grant from the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM). This unique project focuses on accompaniment, youth protagonism, and shared leadership and will impact 50 teams over the course of 3 years.

Each year, Catholic Mission Trips organizes and hosts at least 30 mission trips around the world. Groups from all across America serve impoverished communities, totaling nearly 700 young people yearly becoming the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need. CMT has a terrific track record of being great stewards of donations. For every $1 that is given to CMT, $2 of economic output is given to communities in most need of assistance. This means, quite literally, that every investment in CMT is automatically doubled because of our economic model! We invite you to be a part of our story.
