Michelle Perez, Executive Director

Michelle started serving with CMT in 2011 as a summer mission leader, has worked on the administrative side since 2012, and now oversees the operations and growth of CMT as the Executive Director.

Kevin Maloney, Director of Development

Kevin joined CMT as the Director of Development in 2024. In this role he works closely with generous donors, Catholic businesses, organizations, and churches to secure the necessary funding to support our missionaries. Together, we can make a profound impact on the lives of those we serve.

Stephany Head, Program Director

Stephany has served with CMT since 2018 as a summer and spring break missionary, site coordinator, Missionary Coordinator, and now as Program Director. She is in charge of our Ministry Development, Hiring and Training, and Communications.

Jacqueline Masson

Jacqueline Masson, Administrative Assistant

Jacqueline is joining CMT as the Administrative Assistant. After completing her fundraising, she will likely be the first person you speak with at CMT, as she will answer daily emails and phone calls. In this role, she will help groups register for mission trips.

Steve Nasche, President of the Board

Steve serves as the President of the Board. His leadership, extensive mission trip experience, active faith life, and professional experience help CMT maintain its original vision of helping faithful Catholics fulfill their call to serve the poor.

Sr. Norma Pimentel, M.J., Member of the Board

Sr. Norma is a Mexican-American nun of the Missionaries of Jesus and the Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley. She has been praised by Pope Francis and others for her work with refugees and immigrants to the United States.
