Michelle Perez with Family

Michelle Perez, Executive Director

Michelle started serving with CMT in 2011 as a summer mission leader and has worked on the administrative side since 2012, in all it’s positions. She is grateful to bring many young people to Christ through the necessary administrative work that lays the groundwork for fruitful missions and always loves serving with the groups when God allows! Michelle can be seen wearing many different hats and is passionate about walking alongside group leaders, mission leaders, and the admin team.

Sarah Praetzel

Sarah Praetzel, Director of Missions

Sarah brings her background in education and youth ministry to the role of Director of Missions. She is grateful to be part of the CMT family, helping teens encounter Christ through service and faith-filled mission experiences. She is responsible for working with our Site Coordinators and planning all of the logistics for the mission trips. Whether you’re called to join our team, support us in prayer, or become a monthly donor, know that your “yes” makes a real impact. Please keep me, my family, our missionaries, and the youth we serve in your prayers. Together, we can help others encounter the love of Jesus in a profound way.
