Working with CMT gives you the opportunity to minister to youth and serve those in need. Mission leaders attend Daily Mass and experience the joy of Catholic community. The mission leaders serve the entire summer of 2023 in the Dominican Republic, Belize, Puerto Rico, Kentucky, Florida, Lake Charles, New Orleans, and south Texas. Our team leads week-long mission trips, ministering to teens, giving formation talks, leading small groups, assisting in construction projects, serving the poor, and creating grace-filled environments of fun, games, prayer, and spiritual enrichment for the youth attending our mission trips!
Are you looking for a way to restore your faith and others around you? At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we are looking for passionate young adult men and women on fire with the Holy Spirit. The ideal candidate has excellent teamwork skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, mission trip, youth ministry, and public speaking experience, and is at least 20 years of age. This position is open for the mission dates listed below and additional weeks are possible.
Compensation Package:
- Room and board
- Travel expenses while on mission
- A weekly stipend of $300 – $350
Mission Leaders/Interns:
- Preach the Gospel & share about the mighty works of God in CMT with one’s parish, family, schools, community, workplace, and local business owners to contribute financially
- Work on a team of 4-5 young adults to run week-long mission trips
- Minister, accompany & build relationships with teens & the local mission community
- Give formation talks
- Facilitate small groups
- Assist in construction projects
- Ensure safety on the work sites
- Create grace-filled environments of fun, games, prayer, and spiritual enrichment for teens
- Manage other responsibilities as needed: Work with mission priests, liturgy coordination, meal shopping/prep, hospitality, and creating schedules for work projects.

- Lead worship 3-4 songs for evening program, for Holy Hours, and as needed for ministry throughout the week
- Give formation talks
- Facilitate small groups

Are you looking for a way to restore your faith and others around you? Here at Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we seek an individual passionate about creating and capturing God’s precious moments well on mission. The ideal videography/photographer candidate will have editing and/or videography/photography experience, have their own camera and video editing program with which they can travel, work well on a team, be creative, passionate, responsible, and capable of meeting deadlines for their product creation. - Fundraise to support the work projects
- Travel with Mission Team

- Create a video for capturing each mission trip week
- Create two recruitment videos: one for future CMT mission leaders and one for groups

At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we are looking for contractors and work project instructors to serve as project managers who love their Catholic faith and are passionate about building the Kingdom of God to be Christ’s hands and feet.
The ideal candidate has construction experience, is a strong leader ready to empower others, able to teach teens how to operate tools for building projects, has excellent communication skills, able to give direction, delegate tasks, and is able to be patient with inexperienced workers.

Responsibilities include:
- Assess worksites for families/communities that need rebuilding
- Plan projects within a budget
- Have all work material/tools on the sites
- Teach CMT missionaries and teens on the worksites
- Oversee the quality of work
- Ensure safety on the worksites
- Other tasks as needed based on each group’s needs
- Make sure projects are up to code
- Share about the work projects with the parish community, and business owners to contribute financially
