Program Team members lead the mission trips for high school and college groups. The summer Program Team commits to a 12 week period from May 16-August 6 for missionary spirituality retreat and training, 8 weeks of mission trips, and a debrief retreat. Program Team members are contracted for 1 week at a time during other times of the year. Each Program Team needs a Mission Team Leader, 2-3 Mission Leaders, and a Musician. Our Support Team works largely behind the scenes to help the logistics of the mission trip to run smoothly. Support team members are contracted for 1 week at a time and have the option of traveling with a Program Team in the summer. Mission trips are truly blessed when the Support Team includes a Site Coordinator, Contractor, Kitchen Crew, and Videographer. For complete job descriptions, click on the buttons below.
Our Admin Team works year-round to plan mission trips, recruit and onboard mission teams, manage finances, develop programming, walk alongside youth ministers, and promote the growth of CMT. Admin team members are contracted for part-time and full-time positions. An full Admin Team includes an Executive Director, Director of Development, Director of Missions, Program Director, Director of Marketing and Recruitment, and Administrative Assistant.
