Our team leads week-long mission trips, ministering to teens, giving formation talks, leading small groups, assisting in construction projects, serving the poor, and creating grace-filled environments of fun, games, prayer, and spiritual enrichment for the youth attending our mission trips!
Program Team Positions
Are you looking for a way to restore your faith and others around you? At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we are looking for passionate young adult men and women on fire with the Holy Spirit. The ideal candidate has excellent teamwork skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, mission trip, youth ministry, and public speaking experience, and is at least 20 years of age. This position is open for the mission dates listed below and additional weeks are possible.

Support Team Positions

At Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we are looking for contractors and work project instructors to serve as project managers who love their Catholic faith and are passionate about building the Kingdom of God to be Christ’s hands and feet.
The ideal candidate has construction experience, is a strong leader ready to empower others, able to teach teens how to operate tools for building projects, has excellent communication skills, able to give direction, delegate tasks, and is able to be patient with inexperienced workers.

- Assess worksites for families/communities that need rebuilding

Are you a great cook? Does your heart rejoice when you make a meal for someone?
We are looking for cooks to serve on a mission within the mission. Our kitchen crews prepare three meals a day on a budget. The ideal candidate has experience cooking for large groups, is able to plan and maintain a budget, and is committed to providing healthy meals to nourish the bodies to do the work of rebuilding.

Are you looking for a way to restore your faith and others around you? Here at Catholic Mission Trips, Inc., we seek an individual passionate about creating and capturing God’s precious moments well on mission. The ideal videography/photographer candidate will have editing and/or videography/photography experience, have their own camera and video editing program with which they can travel, work well on a team, be creative, passionate, responsible, and capable of meeting deadlines for their product creation. (CMT) is looking for an individual passionate about getting everyone involved in the vision and mission of CMT. Catholic Mission Trips, Inc is a non-profit 501(c)3 equipping Catholics with the call to be missionary disciples. We offer short-term foreign and domestic mission trips for youth groups, college students, and families to serve the poor and rebuild communities in need. The Mission Partner Specialist shares the work and mission of CMT with individuals and invites them to join us as mission partners through monthly contributions. The ideal candidate will have fundraising or sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
Compensation Package:
- Year 1: $72,000 base
- Fundraising Bonuses
- 10% on funds raised between $120K and $1M

Responsibilities:
- Complete the Support Raising Solutions (SRS) Foundations online course and attend SRS Bootcamp.
- Identify potential mission partners from communities, parishes, dioceses, businesses, organizations, and corporations for the purpose of developing a philanthropic relationship.
- Build and maintain mission partner relationships.
- Make approximately 50 phone contacts a week.
- Conduct at least 10 face-to-face appointments a week with new potential mission partners, with the expectation of soliciting a minimum gift of $100/month
