Michelle Perez, Executive Director

Michelle has faithfully served with CMT since 2011 as a missionary, mission trip and staff coordinator, and now as the Executive Director. She oversees the daily operations and long term goals, working with a dedicated team of staff, board members, and volunteers.

Megan Yedkois, Director of Missions

Megan joined the CMT family on her first mission in 2011 and since then has been on mission to almost every country in Central America. She lives out of her missionary heart to plan the logistics of mission with communities local and abroad, prepares parish and school groups for mission, and trains the missionary staff.

Stephanie Quinlan, Administrative Assistant

Stephanie first served with CMT in 2016 to Cameroon, Africa. She has a great passion for mission, serving others, and connecting with God through community. She now works as the Administrative Assistant connecting others with the opportunity to serve and grow in relationship with God through mission.

Steve serves as the President of the Board. His leadership, extensive mission trip experience, active faith life, and professional experience help CMT maintain its original vision of helping faithful Catholics fulfill their call to serve the poor.

Fr. Jeff Stegbauer, Member of the Board

Fr. Jeff joined CMT on mission as a high school youth and served as a CMT missionary on our summer staff team. Serving led him to discern the call to priesthood. His zeal for mission, love for the poor, & missionary experience serve as a fruitful witness to the charisms of CMT.

Sr. Norma Pimentel, M.J., Member of the Board

Sr. Norma is a Mexican-American nun of the Missionaries of Jesus and the Executive Director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley. She has been praised by Pope Francis and others for her work with refugees and immigrants to the United States.
